As a webmaster it's easy to waste a lot of time doing things by hand that can easily be automated. For example, the daily task of exchanging reciprocal links can take a huge amount of time. With the correct software, you only have to click a button to approve/disapprove a link, and that's it! The software adds the link to your site, notifies the other webmaster and monitors the reciprocal link to make sure it remains active.
To save time, you should consider using all these tools to automate as many tasks as possible:

- Most important of all, thorough keyword research before you start building a site can save you from wasting hours on a project that wont bring in any money.
